REFUND & REPLACEMENT POLICY
At ZPAD.IN, we take great care in packaging and delivering your glass gaming mouse pad safely. However, in rare cases where your product arrives damaged, we’re happy to offer a free replacement.
1. Eligibility for Replacement
We offer replacements only under the following condition:
The glass mouse pad arrived damaged or broken during shipping.
We do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges for other reasons (e.g., change of mind, incorrect order, or general wear and tear).
2. Reporting a Damaged Product
If your product arrives damaged, please follow these steps:
Email us at zpad.help@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery.
Include:
Your order number
Clear photos of the damaged product and packaging
A brief description of the issue
3. Replacement Process
Once we verify the damage:
We will send you a new replacement unit free of charge but need to pay shipping charge of 199 Rs.
You do not need to return the damaged item unless we specifically request it.
4. Time Frame
Replacements are usually shipped within 3–5 business days after approval. Delivery times depend on your location.
5. No Refunds
We do not offer monetary refunds under any circumstances. Our policy is replacement-only for items damaged in transit.
