Its extremely smooth and consistent. No coating which makes it better in the long run as there are no chances of wearing out the coating. You might need to wait a bit longer than a week since the glass stocks are limited. They zoomed in the image too much but you might ask them to put the image without cropping the sides and that should do it. Worth the amount.

Custom printing is a great thing to make sure it matches your aesthetics. No issues in the performance yet. Just ensure that your mouse skates are upto the mark.
